The hotel is fairly clean and located in a new building near Magnolia. the room was clean and included a sofa bed. the staff was polite. the hotel is in a great location near many restaurants. the bar area is excellent.

Best Christmas stay ever! The rooms were super clean and had a fresh feel to them. The indoor pool was a blast, perfect for some holiday fun. And the location was great, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

The construction detail was a bit sloppy, especially the molding around the tubs. And there were some issues with the room reservations, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

The general manager personally interacted with all the guests, ensuring their satisfaction and even asking for suggestions to make the experience better. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and dining options. Despite being close to the highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

had an amazing stay at magnolia, but holiday inn express blew me away with their perfect location, friendly staff, and recently updated hotel. everything was spot on, and the general manager even took the time to interact with guests and ensure their stay was top-notch. couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Being guests with disabilities, we were delighted to find that the hotel had recently been completely updated. The general manager was very interactive and made an effort to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to stores and food places, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff's friendliness added to the overall positive experience.
